MemberRun was built by people who've lived the association world — the board meetings, the renewal scrambles, the spreadsheet workarounds, the vendor tickets. We know what's broken because we've felt it.
Our story.
The problem
We watched association after association cobble together 5+ tools to run their membership — an AMS that couldn't track CPD, an LMS that didn't know who their members were, spreadsheets holding it all together with duct tape and formulas.
The insight
The problem wasn't any single tool. It was the disconnection between them. A member completes a course, and nothing happens in the AMS. An at-risk member shows every warning sign, but the signals live across four systems nobody cross-references.
The decision
We built MemberRun to be the platform we wished existed — where learning, compliance, engagement, billing, community, and reporting are all one system. Where a course completion automatically becomes a CPD credit, a retention signal, and a board metric.
Today
MemberRun serves professional associations with 200 to 20,000+ members. Regulatory bodies use it for CPD compliance. Learning-focused associations use it as their LMS. Multi-chapter organizations use it for centralized operations. Built to replace multiple tools with one.
